1. Understanding Customization Options: 

Before you start, it's important to know the range of customization options available for our leather goods. Familiarize yourself with the choices you can make, including leather types, colors, embossing, and additional features.  

2. Selecting Your Base Product:

Begin by browsing our products and choose the item you want to customize. Pay attention to product descriptions and sizing information to make an informed choice. 

3. Choosing Leather Types and Colors: 

Read our "Leather Selection" page.  Select the type of leather you prefer (e.g. veg-tanned leather, chrome-tanned leather, cowhide, chèvre, shell cordovan) and the color that best suits your style. Consider factors like durability, texture, and aesthetics. 

4. Special Requests and Additional Features: 

  • We offer personalization service for all bespoke products.  We can imprint your name or logo on your leather product to make it unique.  For personalization styles, please refer to "Personalization Service".
  • Altering the internal layout of the product, such as adding or removing card slots or small pockets, and changing the style of closing strap and pen loop. 
  • If you have an idea for a product, you can also send us a sketch or images os reference, and we will help you turn it into a finished product from scratch.

5. Pricing and Payment:  

Review the pricing for your customized item. Ensure you understand any additional costs associated with specific customization choices.

6. Production and Delivery: 

Once you've finalized your order, we will begin creating your custom leather item. Keep an eye on the estimated production and delivery time. Production time will vary depending on some factors, like availability of the leather, the complexity of the  production process.  The production process can take between 3 to 8 weeks once payment is confirmed.  Shipping will take 5-12 working days.
