1. How long does it take to receive my order?

The processing time for each order varies depending on the complexity of the item and our current workload. Typically, orders of ready made items are processed and shipped within 3 working days.  Production time of most of the items is 3 weeks.  Production time of leather bag is 6 weeks.   Delivery time may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.  

2. Can I customize or personalize my leather goods?

Yes, we offer customization options for many of our products. Please read our Customization Guidance for more information.  Whether you'd like to add initials, choose a specific color or leather type, or request a bespoke design, we're happy to work with you to create a personalized piece that suits your preferences. 3. How do I care for my leather goods? 

Proper care and maintenance are essential for preserving the beauty and longevity of your leather goods. We recommend avoiding exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, and direct sunlight, as these can cause damage to the leather. Regularly clean your leather items with a soft cloth.  For veg-tanned leather items, apply light amount of Columbus Mink Oil occasionally to keep the leather supple and resilient.  

4. Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we ship our handmade leather goods worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.  

5. What is your return policy? 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that customized or personalized items may be subject to specific return conditions.  

6. Do you offer wholesale or bulk order discounts?
